We have received your Official Information Act request and are working on
a response. Could I please clarify the following:
You have requested the number of applications under ss 292 and 293 of the
Companies Act. Looking at the legislation, s294 is the section that deals
with applications regarding those sections. On this basis, the Ministry
can provide you with the numbers of the following applications based on
data pulled from the Court’s Case Management System:
• Notice to set aside Voidable Transaction
• Order that Transaction not be set aside
• Order that Transaction be set aside
