Dear Ministry of Justice,
I would be grateful if you would please advise:
(a) how many deduction notices were served to financial institutions or employers to assist with collection of outstanding debts (in the period 2015-16);
(b) the value of any property seized in relation to outstanding debts (in the period 2015-16);
(c) if any individuals had their drivers licences suspended when they had outstanding debt (again in the 2015-16 period); and
(d) if any people were prevented from international travel due to outstanding debt (also in the 2015-16 period).
