Time: Around the time of 12 to 4. I wouldn't know when the person stole it I do know that the courier dropped it off 12.30 so anytime after that

On 11/03/2021 you asked for CCTV footage.
I'm sorry to hear of the incident. Unfortunately, we don't have any
footage in relation to your request because Auckland Transport doesn’t
have cameras operating in this location. Your request is therefore refused
under section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the footage requested does not exist.
