Dear Auckland Transport,

I was in the Papatoetoe area and the traffic was waiting for the signal to get green. The car behind me all I remember was in white colour hit me with some force. I stepped out of the car to see the damage but surprisingly everything looks good. I just told the driver to be careful and moved on. I reached home and opened my trunk and I witness a number of problems with my car. First, I was unable to close the trunk, damage to the bumper and there are a number of things like backlights were not sitting in the right place. Can I get the CCTV footage of Papatoetoe area on 13th October 2019 and if I recall time was in between 11 am to 12 pm. I remember it was signal where you go right to get into the market and Middlemore hospital. Let me know if this something I can get because I have to claim my insurance and for that other person info is important.

The exact location I remember was the signal when you coming from Wyllie road and there is Chuch on your right-hand side and it actually happened on Wyllie road.

Hi Nicole,

Thanks for your message - This actually happened at the intersection when you are coming from Wyllie road and on your right-hand side there st martins Chruch if I am not wrong.

I was on the Wyille road just 4 to 5 cars were in front of me on the signal.

On 13 October 2019 you asked for CCTV footage for Wyllie Road, Papatoetoe.

Auckland Transport does not hold footage of the incident on 13 October
2019.
Your request is therefore refused under Section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the
footage requested does not exist.
