I refer to your request for information, dated 10 February 2021, in which you asked for information related to Councillor Day's declaration of register of interests.

I can confirm that Councillors are required to complete a declaration of their register of interests at the beginning of each triennium. For the last triennium, Councillor Day signed the declaration of her register of interests on 16 October 2019.

In the declaration, Councillor Day stated that she was a trustee of the Nikau Foundation.
