1. Has Councillor Teri O'Neill made any complaint about any other councillor or member of staff? If so, I request copies of all documentation relating to that complaint or complaints.

2. Has Councillor Teri O'Neill been the subject of any complaint by any other councillor or member of staff? If so, I request copies of all documentation relating to that complaint or complaints.

3. Has Councillor Teri O'Neill communicated on council-controlled email or electronic communication systems with any other councillor or member of staff about or referring to the investigation by Maria Dew QC into a false complaint of sexual assault against a Labour Party staff member? If so, I request copies of all such communications.

1.      Has Councillor Teri O'Neill made any complaint about any other
councillor or member of staff?  If so, I request copies of all
documentation relating to that complaint or complaints.

Councillor O’Neill has made no complaints about other Councillors or
officers of Wellington City Council since becoming an elected member.

 

2.      Has Councillor Teri O'Neill been the subject of any complaint by
any other councillor or member of staff?  If so, I request copies of all
documentation relating to that complaint or complaints.

Councillor O’Neill has not been the subject of any complaints by other
Councillors or officers of Wellington City Council since becoming an
elected member.

 

3.      Has Councillor Teri O'Neill communicated on council-controlled
email or electronic communication systems with any other councillor or
member of staff about or referring to the investigation by Maria Dew QC
into a false complaint of sexual assault against a Labour Party staff
member?  If so, I request copies of all such communications.

Councillor O’Neill has not used Council-owned electronic devices in
relation to a Labour Party investigation.  

 

Under section 17 (g) of the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987, this information is refused as it is not held by the
local authority.

If you disagree with the decision then you can apply in writing to the
Office of the Ombudsman to have the decision reviewed.
