your request to a specific subject/piece of information you are after (for
example; what gives a PO his/her powers). 
 
The reason for this is that the training programme developed consist of
multiple parts and majority of it is Commercially sensitive thus the
better we understand your requirement, the bestter we can assess what
information we are able to grant/decline.
