I appears to me that ACC ar Statistics regarding the number of ACC Clients trespassed from ACC Buildings

David Nicholas made this Official Information request to Accident Compensation Corporation

The request was refused by Accident Compensation Corporation.

From: David Nicholas

Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
I appears to me that ACC are now trespassing their clients from ACC around NZ at an alarming rate.

Can you provide a breakdown of the actual numbers of ACC Clients being trespassed from ACC Buildings in the past 10 years.

How long are clients trespassed for?

What are the reasons for the client being trespassed?

What legislation is used to trespass a client?

How can a decision to trespass a client be contested? How many have contested their trespass and how many have consequently had trespass notice rescinded?

I have heard that some clients have been trespassed for up to 15 years. Can you provide some statistics?

How do clients who have been trespassed have their claims managed?

Yours faithfully,

David Nicholas

Dear Mr Nicholas, I have attached a letter responding to your requests of
, 5, 10 and 15 February and  5 March 2014.

ACC needs an extra  40 working days to respond to your request as it
necessitates a search through a large quantity of information and meeting
the original time frame would unreasonably interfere with ACC's
operations. ACC also needs to carry out consultations before making a
decision on your request.

This extension complies with Section 15A of the Act.

Yours sincerely

Hugh McIlraith, Senior Advisor, ACC

ACC will provide the information if I pay $1900 up front and then pay an hourly rate for them to produce the information.
