The request was partially successful.
From: David Nicholas
Dear New Zealand Police,
When the ACC Fraud Team investigate ACC Clients and require a search warrant, what is the process and procedures for this to happen.
Can I have a copy of the memorandum of understanding between ACC and the NZ police.
How many ACC search warrants have been executed by year 2001-2013.
Yours faithfully,
David Nicholas
New Zealand Police

New Zealand Police
Dear David Nicholas
I refer to your request dated 24 January 2013 asking for surveillance
guidelines and principles. Section 12(1) of the Official Information Act
1982 states that: "Any person, being—
(a)A New Zealand citizen; or
(b)A permanent resident of New Zealand; or
(c)A person who is in New Zealand; or
(d)A body corporate which is incorporated in New Zealand; or
(e)A body corporate which is incorporated outside New Zealand but which
has a place of business in New Zealand,—
may request a Department or Minister of the Crown or organisation to make
available to him or it any specified official information".
Police asks that you provide an address or other advice to show you
satisfy section 12 of the Official Information Act. Police will then
prepare a response to your information request.
Thank you.

I was unsuccessful in obtaining the memorandum of understanding between ACC and NZ Police, and they refused other information. Will try again with differently worded requests.
Things to do with this request
- Add an annotation (to help the requester or others)
- Download a zip file of all correspondence

Way to stone wall a request, although, I've heard this is commonplace now'a days.
