Would greatly appreciate your assistance in retrieving camera footage at the intersection of The Drive an Greenlane West, Epsom, Auckland 1023. Date 09/12/2020 at approximately 5.55pm. Sorry for inconvenience but I was in an incident that occurred at time given an need proof for insurance purposes. Merry Christmas

CCTV Footage Saved.
On 12/12/2020 you asked for CCTV footage for The Drive / Greenlane West
for 9 December 2020 at about 1755.
Footage has been saved from the CCTV camera in the area, specific to your
request. I am UNABLE to confirm if the incident has been captured in the
footage.
Please contact the New Zealand Police with the case number and they can
request this footage from us. We will release this to them to assist in
any investigation.
Should you believe that we have not dealt with your request appropriately,
you are able to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in
accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA Act and seek an investigation
and review in regard to this matter.

The CCTV footage will be release to the NZ Police, upon a request from
them. Once we have a request and a contact email from the Officer In
Charge, the footage will be emailed to them, to assist in any
investigation.
