Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 14 September 2017,
requesting CCTV footage relating to an accident involving your vehicle at
the Greenlane West intersection with Great South Road, on 8 September
between 4.45pm to 5pm.  

 

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre have reviewed our cameras and
advised we do not hold any relevant footage as the camera was pointing in
the opposite direction to the accident. Unfortunately we are unable to
assist you at this time as the footage requested does not exist, and
therefore your request is refused under Section 17(e) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).  

 

Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA
to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman to seek an
investigation and review of the decision.
