Dear Ministry of Justice,
My name is David I want to know if a person is charged with any offence and is found guilty and if he gets a DISCHARGE WITHOUT CONVICTION S106, Will his information/details about incident be still held in Police database/records/courts? And will that information/other details can be released to other agency like MBIE/Immigration without concent of the person involved?
