Dear Far North District Council,

In regards to the AWS 130 issued to FNDC ( Kaitaia Pound ) on the 31/10/2017 by SPCA, I request the following information under LGOIMA.

SPCA required a comprehensive written plan of action outlining how FNDC will improve its general operations and daily care of impounded animals within the pound facility at Kaitaia within 72 hours.

This plan was sent to SPCA on or around the 3rd Nov 2017.

I request a copy of this plan to be sent to me please.
