Draft Spatial Plan consultation closed 5 October 2020 - request for submission statistics
Richard Murcott made this Official Information request to Wellington City Council
The request was successful.
From: Richard Murcott
Dear Wellington City Council,
According to this webpage
https://planningforgrowth.wellington.gov...
submissions began on 10/08/2020 at 9am and closed 05/10/2020 at 5pm
It reports 'completed' and that 1970 submissions were received.
However, today an advisor has clarified that the published submission count (above) only includes the 'online' submissions made. This does not include the hundreds of written submissions that have been sent to WCC by mail or through email.
Please provide some basic statistics.
In particular:
1 the actual total number of submissions received on the current draft spatial plan, whatever channel was used to submit (and please publish this on the website)
2. the final number of submissions received that used WCC's limited online questionnaire process
3. the number of submissions received by email.
4. of those (3. above) the number of submissions that attached/used WCC's downloadable PDF
5. the number of submissions that arrived by postal mail or perhaps were hand-delivered
6. a breakdown by suburb (address of the author) of the total number of submissions received
Yours faithfully,
Richard Murcott
