Please provide to me any documentation relating to the potential renovation or repair of the Gordon Wilson and McLean flats buildings in Wellington, formally owned by Housing New Zealand.
I am interested in any reports, memos or other documents that include any assessment of the viability and cost of resolving the buildings’ problems to allow them to be re-occupied and/or relating to their sale.

Information Act 1982 (the Act):
"Please provide to me any documentation relating to the potential
renovation or repair of the Gordon Wilson and McLean flats buildings in
Wellington, formally owned by Housing New Zealand.
I am interested in any reports, memos or other documents that include any
assessment of the viability and cost of resolving the buildings’ problems
to allow them to be re-occupied and/or relating to their sale."
You can expect to be notified of the decision on your request by 15
October 2020, being 20 working days after the day on which the request was
received in accordance with section 15(1) of the Act. If an extension of
time is required to make a decision you will be notified prior to this
date in accordance with section 15A of the Act.
We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.

Thank you for your email of 17 September 2020 requesting the following
information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):
Please provide to me any documentation relating to the potential
renovation or repair of the Gordon Wilson and McLean flats buildings in
Wellington, formally owned by Housing New Zealand.
I am interested in any reports, memos or other documents that include any
assessment of the viability and cost of resolving the buildings’ problems
to allow them to be re-occupied and/or relating to their sale.
I am extending the timeframe for providing you with a response by 30
working days under section 15A(1)(b) of the Act as “consultations
necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a proper
response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the original time
limit.”
A response will now be provided to you by 27 November 2020. I will
endeavour to provide a decision on your request as soon as possible within
this timeframe. You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review this
decision to extend the time frame.
