the last five years related to the sharing of data to organisations
outside your organisation.

Please note, due to ongoing COVID-19 response work, requests are currently
being triaged and those relating to Covid-19 processed as a priority.
Remaining requests are being assessed as per the Ombudsman’s guidance

I am mindful that a response to your request has taken longer than we
anticipated when advising you of an extension to the timeframe. I
apologise for this delay and any inconvenience it has caused you. I can
assure you that we are progressing your request as quickly as possible.

Given the significant period of time that has elapsed since you lodged
your request with MBIE, I wanted to confirm that you still required a
response. If a response is no longer required, please let me know.
Otherwise we will continue working to provide you a response as soon as

In order to speed our response, I wanted to seek clarification as to the scope of your request. Are you interested, primarily, in government agency to government agency MoUs? Or are you also interested in any MoUs MBIE holds between MBIE and non-government sector organizations?
