I've found a 2018 news article indicating that there were 3 feasibility reports into 3 lines which may be re-opened.
I also see another request by Nick Farlow (13/1/20) which you've addressed on the West Coast South Island - by providing that feasibility report.
Please could you provide the Stratford-Okahukura Line Feasibility Report?

Good afternoon Peter

 

I’m getting in touch re your request for the Stratford-Okahukura Line
Feasibility Report.

 

We have received your OIA, and in assessing your request for information,
I note you have asked for a copy of the Taranaki rail investment business
case, which I believe you think relates to re-opening the line, in the
same way that there was the recent study on the Hokitika to Westport line.

For your information – this study looks at costs and the feasibility of
establishing log hubs in the region to consolidate logs on rail through
to Port Taranaki, rather than opening the whole of the line.
