From: Luke Christensen
Dear Ministry of Transport,
I'm am writing in regards to the conditions set on the government finding of the City Rail Link. One of the targets set was that CBD employment growth need to be heading towards 25% by 2020.
Could you advise what spatial definition of CBD that is intended to be used for this calculation, and if you are monitoring the latest Statistics NZ data to see if Auckland is on track for this or not.
Yours faithfully,
Luke Christensen
