Format of Assessor Reports
Anthony Jordan made this Official Information request to Accident Compensation Corporation
The request was successful.
From: Anthony Jordan
Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
1/ When the Corporation requires an assessment with subsequent report to be provided by a contracted or non-contracted provider, in what circumstance(s) would it be acceptable for the provider to refer to historical reports (the Providers own previously compiled) then proceed to 'copy and paste' historical findings in any new report or part of new report?
2/ Would it be acceptable for the provider to refer to historical assessment/report information (the Providers own previously compiled) to use earlier findings as though 'contemporaneous' and not inform the reader of any copy and pasted content from any historical reports previously compiled by themselves i.e. 'the provider'?
Yours faithfully,
Anthony Jordan

Dear Miroslava Mijic,
Many thanks for assistance. Subsequent to the above, should it be alleged an ACC contractor has used/and or is currently using historical information contrary to your reply (in a manner potentially misleading to the ACC), to whom would such an allegation be raised with within the Corporation?
Yours sincerely,
Anthony Jordan
