I am requiring information about how an ACC Claimant accesses there Party Status files.
The party status files number is a different number to the Claim number and apparently contains more information than you receive if you ask for a copy of your ACC File.

If a request is made by an individual using 'please supply a full and complete copy of all information (Name and Details etc) held by the Corporation', would this not cover Party files?

This will be interesting to follow! Debate regarding the existence of these files has been heated. They do exist as I have been given them. Complaints or OCI use them each time a client makes a complaint. Thanks for asking the question!
