The ad that I think you are referring to is the one showing various empty public spaces around New Zealand and ends with the voiced over line "kia manawanui"?

If so, that was produced for the Ministry of Health by their external providers. The Ministry would be best placed to answer your request, as we don't hold that information as broadcasters.
