Dear Earthquake Commission,
Please provide all documents & information from EQC & Fletchers regarding scope of works & repairs on our claim.
We advised you on 27/5/13 that the piles have not been repaired successfully (not noticed immediately for a number of reasons) & need as much information as possible before we arrange an independent report.
