Dear Christchurch City Council,

Please send me a list (in spreadsheet format) detailing all residential
subdivisions approved by the council since 1 January 2010. The list should
only include the name of the subdivision (i.e. the name it is/was marketed
to buyers as), the location of the subdivision (including main existing
road access and suburb), and the size of the subdivision (by number of
sections, and in hectares). The list only needs to include larger scale
subdivisions of five sections or more.

I refer to your official information request we received on 9 February
2020 requesting the following:

 

Please send me a list (in spreadsheet format) detailing all residential
subdivisions approved by the council since 1 January 2010. The list should

Council Response

Please find attached report of subdivisions for 5 or more lots. Please
note we can only provide reporting data from 1 June 2016.

 

Please note that we do not record:

-              The name of the subdivision that was marketed to buyers as

-              Section size in hectares, we don’t record land area

 

You have the right to request the Ombudsman to review this decision.
