Thank you for your email, received on May 3 2019. You requested the
following information, under the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA):

 

Please send me a list (in spreadsheet format) detailing all resource
consent application approvals for commercial or industrial developments
and large scale residential developments (i.e. subdivisions) since 1
January 2014. The list should include the location of the development, the
company or organisation who made the request (i.e. who's development it
is) and all other pertinent information related to the application.

 

Response:

 

Please find the attached spreadsheet with information pertaining to your
request. There are two tabs - one listing all the subdivisions with 10+
lots, and the other listing all the non-residential applications and
residential of 10+ units. Please note also that there are some information
gaps for applications processed before mid-2016, which is when the
Christchurch City Council implemented a new, more comprehensive consent
management system.

 

You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review our
decision. Complaints can be sent by email to

The Ombudsman, PO Box 10152, Wellington 6143.

 

Please note our LGOIMA responses may be published on the Christchurch City
Council website a month after they have been responded to, with
