Response to this request is long overdue. By law Waimakariri District Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Waimakariri District Council,
Please send me a list (in spreadsheet format) detailing all residential subdivisions approved by the council since 1 January 2010. The list should only include the name of the subdivision (i.e. the name it is/was marketed to buyers as), the location of the subdivision (including main existing road access and suburb), and the size of the subdivision (by number of sections, and in hectares). The list only needs to include larger scale subdivisions of five sections or more.
