Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982 please provide copies of all Asbestos Management Plans prepared under Regulation 13(2) of the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016 for all workplaces occupied or from time to time occupied by the District Health Board where asbestos or ACM (Asbestos Containing Material) is suspected to be or has been identified at the workplace.

Dear Northland District Health Board,

I sent the following Official Information Request to the Northland District Health Board on 3 February 2020 through the address it has provided to the fyi.org.nz website. Unfortunately, the person (Kathryn Leydon) who appears to receive these is currently on leave (according to her out of office message). The fyi.org.nz setup has no provision to send requests to other than the emails setup by individual agencies.

The request I made on 3 February 2020 is as follows:

I'm of the view that the failure to have requests auto forwarded does not change or cancel the response time-frame of 20 working days from the request being made, so I expect to receive the requested information on or before 4 March 2020.

I note that my original request resulted in an Out of Office message from you, and a redirection to another staff member.

The fyi.org.nz site I'm using to request this information does not allow me to email someone else at the Northland DHB.
