How long can notes on clients files sit on a social workers computer, be changed, adjusted, added to BEFORE they are uploaded to CYRAS?
This is NOT in relation to the time notes can be changed before they become permanent record on CYRAS.

What training do social workers have in the use of this computer system?

Under the OIA we request a copy of the training manual in which social workers are trained in regards to making notes during conversations, meetings etc and then onto client files. (P.O.Box address)

What training is given to insure the accuracy of notes? What quality control standards/checks do you have to insure social workers are making accurate notes on clients files given the possible impact of them to that family in the future and the future use of them?
