collision between a WHITE TOYOTA VOXY VAN and a BLUE-GREEN TOYOTA YARIS. I
urgently need it to settle a claim made by the Van's insurer against me
with the Disputes Tribunal.

Thank you for your request for CCTV footage.

 

Auckland Transport does not hold footage of the incident on 2 April 2019,
as the system only retains footage for 7 days.

Your request is therefore refused under Section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the
footage requested does not exist.
