Pursuant to Section 12 of the Official Information Act 1982, please provide, if any:

Details of the Commerce Commission's Fair Trading Act Investigation into Celebration Box Limited Including:

1) Summary of complaints against the company.
2) Details of discovered findings during the investigation which caused Celebration Box Limited to be in violation of the Fair Trading Act and to cause the investigation to begin in October 2018.
3) The Compliance Advice that was given to Celebration Box Limited when the case was closed in early June.
4) Details about any penalties if Celebration Box Limited fails to follow compliance advice.
