We have reviewed our cameras and unfortunately, we do not hold any footage
relevant to your request. We only hold footage for up to seven days and
footage for the 4 May 2019 had already been overwritten at the time of
your request. Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as
the footage requested does not exist. 

 

Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA
to make a complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an
investigation and review of the decision.
