Dear Ben,

 

We have decided to grant your request, however, given the large number of
emails and resource required to process your request, we will need to
charge for making the requested information available.

 

We estimate 60+hrs of work with a maximum charge of $5,170.00. The first
five hours are free, followed by a charge of $47.50 per half hour.  Any
unused component of the maximum charge will be refunded to you.
