Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

 

Could you please provide me with any information you have on the
historical origins of the Road Assessment and Maintenance Management
(RAMM) system. Such information as when it was first used by NZTA, when it
became mandated that it must be used by all authorities and contractors
for eligibility of funding and any other information that you might see
fit.
