Recently your organisation submitted to the Law Commission's review of the Official Information Act. I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

I refer to your email of 30 July 2012 which no doubt is a request sent to
all organisations that submitted to the Law Commissions Review of the
information legislation.
 
In actioning the request I supply the following:
 
(1)     Submission lodged by the Marlborough District Council.
(2)     Emails between the writer and our Legal Officer dated 15 and 19
October 2012.
(3)     Draft submissions sent internally for comment 28 October 2012.
(4)     Email from our Legal Officer to Chief Executive and Manager
Support Services dated 28 October 2012.
(5)     Email from the writer to the Legal Officer on the draft and
covering the process for adoption of the submissions.
(6)     Email between the Legal Officer and the writer dated 10 December
2012.
 
 
This completes the information request.
