For a Roading query we are effectively the same as mdc - but the reply
will come from nzta is the way I read this - maybe go back and tell REgan
a reply is coming - seems a very roundabout way to answer a simple query

The MDC one is the one that Regan is questioning.

Am I right in thinking we're effectively the same place?  If so, someone
just needs to go back to Regan and explain that.  And that his request
to MDC will be answered under the request to the Transport Agency.

Bear in mind that whatever email you send will be put up on the FYI
website.

I refer to your request of 6 November 2013 and a follow up one sent on 4
December 2013 to the Marlborough District Council email address and note
that the request, when received, was sent on to NZTA since the data
related to the State Highway network.
 
I am told that NZTA sent a confirmation email to you confirming they were
dealing with the request.  They have also sent you, I am told, a further
