Dear Ministry of Social Development,
I would like to know what the Ministrys Prossesses & Protocols Plus coarse of action which would be taken if a work & income client wrote to the Cheif Executive
with the following allegations
1)A Minister for Social Development abused there powers & influenced the granting of a benefit even though legaly that person wasn't entitled to that benefit.
2)A client makes a allegation that they recieved an abusive phone call from a Work & Income staff member.
3)A client has personal sensitive information from the NZ Police go missing from there WINZ file.
4)A client applies for assistance but the application is not prossessed & the application paper work gets destoyed & not placed on there file.
5)A Work & income staff member releases personal information to A private organisation without the written or verbal consent of the client.
