By providing the infomation on the Auckland Council website, Auckland
Council is making the information publicly available. Where information is
already publicly available Council is within its rights to refuse requests
for that information in accordance with section 17(d) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

 

As per my letter to you dated 8 February 2013, if you do not agree with
this decision you have the right to complain to the Office of the
Ombudsman.

     Dear Auckland Council,

    

     I don't believe this answers my request satisfactorily.

    

     The only way to access this information is for a human to manually

     enter a single address in a web browser.

    

     The request was for a bulk listing of all the information in a

     regular format, or a way for a machine to gather that information

     (i.e. an API). Such that it can be retrieved without human

     intervention.
