Encroachment application for 110 Te Anau Road, Hataitai

Please provide all internal and external correspondence (emails, letters, minutes of meetings, notes of discussions etc) relating to:
(a) The processes etc relating to the original approval of the encroachment application in late 2018
(b) The processes, discussions and communications relating to the withdrawal of approval of the encroachment
(c) The same information leading up to and including the approval of the encroachment in February/March 2019

Note that the intention of the request is to get an understanding of all Council processes and considerations leading to the encroachment approval, so please do not exclude anything relating to this even if it might be excluded due to the above request not specifically requesting this.
