Dear AT Official Information (AT),

RE your reply to FYI on 29 April 2019 on Information Request
CAS-960466-K8Y3R8

Having provided the requested information spreadsheet, AT says it cannot
provide the password from the contractor because the contractor refuses to
provide it.

However, the AT response states "As an alternative, AT can look at
providing the raw data for your perusal."

To obtain the understanding I seek on the timing model, I ask if AL can
provide the information provided to the contractor that was used as the
basis for the timing model.

Can you please confirm your receipt of this reply and when the requested
information may be provided?

Auckland Transport doesn’t have access to the files with formulas as this
is retained by the consultant. This being their intellectual property,
they have declined to provide this, so the material provided is the
entirety of what is available from AT. We do not have any further
information that we are able to provide relating to your request.

1) Can Auckland Transport please provide the original spreadsheet "calculated passenger demand v3 20151008.xlsx" including the formula in this spreadsheet ?

2) Can Auckland Transport please provide the original spreadsheet "Attachment Routes Alignments and Termini v15 Growth.xlsx" including the formula in this spreadsheet

The information you have asked for is not held by Auckland Transport and is refused under section 7(2)(b)(ii) of the LGOIMA - "that access would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the information".
