Dear Connor,

Thank you for your Official Information Request dated 22 February 2019. We require clarification on your request for the breakdown of unclaimed prizes in the last calendar year.

Can you please confirm whether you are requesting data for the 2018 calendar year (1 January to 31 December 2018) or the calendar year being 12 months prior to your request? In terms of accuracy, data for the 12 months prior to your request (February 2018 – February 2019) would produce the most accurate results as prizes may have been claimed between 31 December 2018 and now.

If you could please advise us which 12 month period you require the data for as soon as possible so that we can respond to your request by 22 March 2019.
