Apologies for the delay in replying to your question. I hope the
information below is helpful. Please let me know if you need anything
else.

 

Since the launch of EAB in April 2016 (through to Jan 2019), 115,650
agreements have been created using the tool. Out of the total agreements
created, 78,607 have featured the Confidentiality clause. That means 68%
of all completed agreements have featured the confidentiality clause.

 

Note that our research (based on a survey of users) suggests that for
every one agreement created using the tool, on average another four are
created directly from the precedent. This indicates the number of
employment agreements created based on the tool is much higher than the
number above.
