Footpath parking policy

Stephen Davis made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

The request was successful.

From: Stephen Davis

Dear Auckland Transport,

What current policies does Auckland Transport have around issuing tickets to vehicles parked illegally on the footpath, e.g. how this is prioritised in relation to other offences, which complaints from the public are responded to, and in particular whether there are circumstances when a warden would not issue a ticket.

Yours faithfully,

Stephen Davis
