How many people have been incarcerated or sentenced for the non-payment of
fines?

 

Please provide data for all people incarcerated for the non-payment of
fines.

Please also provide details for the length of the sentence for all people
sentences (whether it be primary, secondary, tertiary. etc offences)?

 

Also, where would I be able to find additional information relating to
people arrested and/or incarcerated for defaulting on student loan
defaults and the non-payment of fines?

Whilst we are unable to supply the number of people as we don’t record
when an individual is incarcerated but we can provide the number of orders
made and entered in our system.
