Can you send me the source of the statistics which is on your website
showing all studies/ researches / surveys or any other details how the
below statistics were determined ?

"About 350 deaths per year are estimated to be from exposure to
second-hand smoke in New Zealand."

As required under the Act we will endeavour to respond to your request no
later than 15 February 2019, being 20 working days after the day your
request was received.  

If we are unable to respond to your request within this time frame, we
will notify you of an extension of that time frame.
