1. Please let me know the earliest date that WINZ began using false names when dealing with clients.

2. Please let me know the name of the person heading MSD (or it’s equivalent) at the date of first use of false names.

3. Was Peter Hughes, the current State Services Commissioner, at any time heading MSD during the time of WINZ using false names when dealing with some clients?
