Emails sent by Dunne from Ministerial Email Address
Joshua Grainger made this Official Information request to Department of Internal Affairs
Department of Internal Affairs did not have the information requested.
From: Joshua Grainger
Dear Department of Internal Affairs,
I understand that the Department of Internal Affairs is responsible for Ministerial Services, and as such maybe responsible for administering the @ministers.govt.nz email addresses.
I would like to request under the Official Information Act:
* all emails sent from Peter Dunne's email address to Andrea Vance between the 22nd of March and the 8th of April.
It is worth noting that as confirmed by the Ombudsman in casenote W49874, emails sent in a personal capacity are still said to be held by the agency for the purposes of the OIA, if sent via official email systems.
If any withholding grounds are applied to the information that I have requested, I would like to request under s23 of the OIA: a) the reason for that decision, and b) the facts upon which that decision was made.
Yours faithfully,
Joshua Grainger
