1. How many community housing providers you lease properties to
2. How many of these properties have been approved for a general upgrade but have not yet had the upgrade complete
3. The dates the general upgrades were approved
4. The total number of properties leased to community housing providers that are awaiting repairs and maintenance.

Dear Ms Passmore

 

Thank you for your email dated 18 November 2018 requesting the following
information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA):

 

“1. How many community housing providers you lease properties to
2. How many of these properties have been approved for a general upgrade

Unfortunately this request was overlooked due to an administrative error
by Housing New Zealand.
