We have gathered together all the documents that you requested on 14
November 2018 under the Official Information Act 1982. Due to the size and
number of PDF files involved, we will have to email these in batches.
Please note:
· The Secret Window was not classified by the Classification
Office so no documents are held by this Office (this was rated by the Film
and Video Labelling Body)
· The film version of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre was classified
by the Chief Censor of Films (and so is pre-OFLC) so we do not hold any
documents which relate to the reason for the decision. We have included a
screen shot of the decision record from our public database which shows
the descriptive note applied by the Chief Censor of Films.
· In addition to the DVD, our records show three films with the
title ‘The Beach’ - an online film in 2017, a VHS in 2000 and a cinematic
release in 1974. Documents have been provided for all of these.
· Register pages have been included for publications where the
requested paperwork does not state the classification. Register pages for
all publications classified by the Office of Film and Literature
Classification can be accessed [1]here.

I doubt that "dot" will be enough for the agency to identify you as a NZ citizen/resident.
From the Ombudsman's guide to online requests:
"An agency that gets a request via FYI will receive the requester’s name and a computer-generated ‘@requests.fyi.org.nz’ email address. FYI recommends that requesters use their real name."
And
"Agencies are entitled to make reasonable enquiries to satisfy themselves that a requester is eligible to make a request under the OIA."
