Dear Office of Film and Literature Classification,
Hey I noticed yall banned a book and one of the reasons was because it discussed the pros and cons of different legal statuses of the topic at hand and its impact in different countries.
Could you send me a list of all media banned for, atleast in part, discussing weather something should be illegal or legal, or discussing legal status of something in multiple countries.
Ngā mihi nui,
Nicholas Parry

    Kia ora Nicholas,

Thank you for your request for information about publications banned due
to discussing whether certain things should be legal or illegal, or the
 legal statuses of those things.

We will provide a response via email within 20 working days of your
 request (7 February 2024).

To help us respond to your request, we’d be interested to know which book
you were referring to.  We recently issued a classification decision about
The Big Book of Buds [OFLC 2300441.000].  The classification of this book
was changed from objectionable (banned) to R18.  Was this the one you had
 in mind?

If you would like any more information as part of your request, please let
 us know.

Kind regards,
Blair M (he/him)
