seeking the following:
You asked for:
· Electronic copies of information related to the decision to
classify the video games Hunt: Showdown and Gear 5.
· Information includes written reason; note; Consideration Sheet;
information forwarded by the Film and Video Labelling Body (FVLB)
· Screenshots of what the Office of Film and Literature
Classification sees when viewing data about the video games.
In response to your request please find attached the following
information:
· Submission forms from the Film and Video Labelling Body
· Examination transcripts
· Consideration sheets
· Summaries of Reasons for Decision
· Register pages
· Screen shots of the full computer database record for the game
· Full email correspondence relating to each game from both the
‘Games’ and ‘Submissions’ mailboxes.
Our Office has had no contact with the distributors related to these
games.
Our Office does not hold any email or mail correspondence sent between the
FVLB, Crytek, and Microsoft. The FVLB is not covered by the OIA. To
request this information you will need to contact the FVLB.
At the date of your request there had been no email or mail correspondence
between our Office, the FVLB, Crytek, or Microsoft regarding this OIA.
Accordingly your request is declined under section 18(g) of the Official
Information Act, as the information requested is not held.
We decline, under s9(2)(a) of the IOA, to provide you with the personal
information of our staff involved in the classification of these games.
