Further to your LGOIMA request from 18 October 2018, I can advise that the
Palmerston North City Council, including events managment, the Office of
the Mayor, as well as PNCC CEO has no knowledge and/or received
information including email correspondence, of any Saudi Nationals, and
Saudi based companies, holding a Saudi Arabian Passort, attending, whether
as a seller, stall holder, purchaser or attendant of the New Zealand
Defence Industry Forum being held in Palmerston North on and between the
dates of 29 -October and 1 November 2018.

Palmerston North City Council are not the event managers for the New
Zealand Defence Industry Forum - they are only providing the venue and
facilities for the event.
